Please be mindful of any information submitted through this contact form, email, or text. Avoid sending any sensitive details, as these forms of communication may not be HIPAA compliant.  My virtual platform and my electronic medical record are both HIPAA-compliant.  Many clients prefer email or text, so I do use those as clients prefer when initiated/consented to by the client.
